- RMRenee MaimoneNov 8, 20251.0The worst branch. The ATM breaks down on a weekly basis.They refuse to get the right repair company. It appears their drive through is shut down more often than the norm.... during the week. The ATM issues causes customers to have to drive three miles out to another bank just to pull out cash. I personally experienced times after business hours where the small lobby door is locked and you cannot use the ATM there either. This is a populated area and should not be taking place as it's a hit and miss to go there. PNC Davie is an excellent branch. I never have these issues. The problem is you have to drive miles out. They don't answer their phones even though they're told they have to pick up the phone by the third ring. Why is this branch even open?
