I am very unhappy and dissatisfied with the recent experience I had using your ATM services. Two days ago, I deposited cash into one of your ATMs, and after 48 hours the funds were still not reflected in my account. When I contacted customer service, I was informed that a third-party company manages your ATMs. As a result, I had to spend over 40 minutes on the phone just to have my $25 credited.
This situation is unacceptable. Customers should be able to trust that ATM deposits are processed reliably and promptly. Instead, your system appears precarious and disorganized, leaving me with little confidence in its ability to handle larger transactions securely.
Furthermore, the customer service I received was below average, adding to my frustration. A financial institution should prioritize reliability and efficiency, yet my experience demonstrated the opposite.
