  I'm disappointed with PNC Bank. I came here twice to open a bank account for a friend who is homeless. We went to social security so I could be appointed as his payee. The bank keeps saying that I don't have the right documents. I called social security office to get the documents I needed. I explained to social security office what I needed.

  Had a bank reconciliation problem with my account and employee James did a great job of helping me figure out the problem. Very professional and helpful.

  Went in to Deposit Check , man was done leaving to get new card , from someone else In office doing nothing but with people in line volunteers to spend 10 minutes to handle this. 10 $ an hour job
