  I have not been pleased in general with my overall banking experience with PNC in the last few years that I've been an account holder. They offer a very small range of service with the available branches, reaching someone directly at any of their physical branches is impossible. They dont offer a call back option as advertised, you must remain logged in to your app that frequently times out to communicate with a rep via message or wait 30+min on hold. I had my first ever issue not being able to withdraw for bills out of an atm, it took me a 30min phone hold conversation with no response, 3-4hrs of texting while repeatedly logging into my app while at work to even obtain answers. This is my money in these accounts, and it wasnt accessible to me today, I couldn't reach anyone at my primary physical branch, the 1800 number, the chat/message option was time consuming an un helpful to the working american. I will be making all necessary preperations to close all my accounts with this baking facility ASAP.

  EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE WITH PNC BANK I have been a loyal PNC commercial customer for over 10 years, with both my business and personal accounts at this bank. I was originally recruited by the former branch manager, who was outstanding. At one point I was paying over $1,000 a month for various services, including a safe at my business, because I trusted this bank. That trust is gone. Since the new branch manager took over, the service has become absolutely unacceptable. He is unhelpful, dismissive, and refuses to take responsibility for serious issues affecting customers. The most shocking incident was when PNC drilled open my safe deposit box WITHOUT notifying me, then shoved my gold and expensive jewelry into a plastic bag like it was trash. When I finally got access, cash and gold were missing. The branch manager never spoke to me, never followed up, and never showed even basic professionalism. I had to involve the police myself. After six months, the corporate office finally accepted responsibility — not the branch, and certainly not the manager. Another major incident happened when a scammer walked into this branch with a fraudulent check. Instead of protecting my account, the branch manager actually approved transferring money from my other account to allow the scammer to cash it. Once again, he refused to take any responsibility. For a bank that has held my accounts for a decade, this level of negligence, mismanagement, and disrespect is unbelievable. Customers should feel their money and valuables are safe — I no longer feel that way at this branch. I strongly recommend thinking twice before trusting PNC with your business.

  I am so happy with my experience at PNC Bank. Assistant Manager Chantel Phillips on several occasions went above and beyond assisting me with all my banking needs plus some. She is genuinely a kind, caring person who has exceptional customer service/support. If you need a bank PNC is the bank and Chantel is your girl!!!
