(They inherited me from BBVA, who inherited me from Compass) I'm still waiting on a phone call or email that I was promised about being charges MULTIPLE fees for an account I never agreed to or asked for (or even seen the terms for, for that matter). Their website & online experience is unhelpful. When you go in you have to waste text messages (a total of 9) to "schedule" an appointment - YES EVEN WHEN IT IS EMPTY I do not just NOT recommend this location, I also do NOT recommend PNCrooks as a whole.
