I explane to her how I was felt about my experience at the Orange Blossom Mall branch. She apologized and she went way above and beyond to correct their mistakes ( shame on pnc orange blossom mall ) She took her time to take care of me. I left and then came back 30 min later and she was nice to help me again I love the fact she gave me such wonderful service i will be returning to the Virginia Avenue and US one branch. Great job and wonderful team.
