- DVDave Voglund5 days ago1.0Never answer the phone. Came in to open new account and manager put me off to attend a meeting. Sent her an email a few days later that she did not respond to. Have been a PNC customer for 20-25 years. Looks like that is coming to an end.
- CCcathy currence5 days ago1.0They have 1 person working while 3 or 4 other people sit in their office’s! A long line inside and at the drive-thru. Terrible service. I hope I can do everything thru Bank of America from now on.
