Trying to get a manager to solve a simple deposit was impossible while they cowered in their office rather than confront their own incompetence. Just my experience certainly but it could not have been more frustrating.

I said that I wanted to open a new account but since this is how your attitude is, I'll take my business elsewhere. Just lost two big accounts because of your attitude and rudeness.
