We came from San Diego on a trip, and the child urgently needed to go to the restroom, so we stopped wherever we could. And we came across this bank. But they didn't let me and my child use the restroom. Shame.

This branch cannot assist with anything. Their management and staff is completely incompetent and unable to do even the most basic tasks.

The bank greeter had absolutely no customer service skills, she should have stuck to greeting, instead of making an assumption about the service I was inquiring about, which she had no real experience in that field. She also denied me to speak to the appropriate employee, that I had came to the bank to see, this greeter had no right to tell a customer, I couldn't get my bank service done. It was 15 mins to closing, I guess nobody wanted to do their job at that point. This type of behavior and disregard for loyal customers and it is atrocious. In my opinion if you have to go to a PNC Bank go to another location..
