- SKStacey KAug 23, 20251.0The bank, and this branch, used to be 5 star, but no longer. After 2 decades with PNC, I'm done; they don't seem to value existing clients and the manager doesn't seem value his clients or their time. The manager asked for a chance to save my business and requested that I come back in one week. He scheduled an appointment, but when I arrived he was in his office with someone else and I was met by a financial advisor who couldn't answer any banking questions and said the manager tried, but wasn't able to offer anything. If that was the case, the manager should have canceled the appointment rather than waste my time with someone who didn't understand the situation and had no solutions. When I followed up with the manager by phone, I asked him to repeat something he explained that I didn't understand, to which he replied, "I was very clear..." Not sure what customer service training encourages that level of rudeness to clients, but I'm through with PNC.

Days later still locked out of my account and can’t withdraw much needed funds. Calling the bank and no one answers the phone. Like six calls during business hours, letting the phone ring about 50 times. I’m stuck at work and can’t go to branch during business hours. Nice people but HORRIBLE service
- MMMichaelMar 31, 20225.0Come see the bank manager, Doreen Robinson, at this location! She is by far the most personable, reliable, and accountable person to deal with for your banking needs. As a business owner, I appreciate that she handles so much personally from lines of credit, credit card processing, bank loans, and just everyday banking care. She's always available and even gives you her personal cell number so she can take care of you at all hours. Amazing!
