Despite only being a customer for approximately a month, I've had a consistently positive experience with the tellers and customer service agents, who have been overly friendly, patient, and helpful actually. My debit card arrived promptly, and the app is user-friendly. Maybe they changed. Some of the reviews are old and the more recent ones seem better. I’ve switched from WellsFargo to TD to here and had a better experience than those two banks. They gave me a lot trouble. After 7 years with WellsFargo, I’m glad I moved to PNC and they have a location near my home. Don’t recipe d TD. They overdrew my account and charged me twice for the first deposit, which caused my WellsFargo account to be overdrawn. I will update my rating if my experience changes at PNC.bank.

Every time I walk in they sit down with me and personally help me with whatever I need. Rochelle is the manager there and I can’t say enough good things about her she always always goes above and beyond ... amazing job everyone!

He threatened to call the police on me because I was disputing fraudulent charges on my account. Yeah. Another #BBQBecky at work. I’ve had PNC for several years and never had an issue. The charges were clearly fraudulent but it wasn’t enough for David Crow. This man was condescending, arrogant, and his treatment was a stark contrast to that of other customers. He seemed disgusted that he had to deal with me. He wouldn’t even leave his office, I had to go to his office to speak with him. He has a VP title - seriously? Who at PNC is hiring these cartoon chatter? He also refused to initiate an investigation which is the right course of action. He kept diverting the facts to suit his narrative - which he didn’t have one. Thankfully I’ve opened another account at another bank and will never visit another PNC again.
