Despite only being a customer for approximately a month, I've had a consistently positive experience with the tellers and customer service agents, who have been overly friendly, patient, and helpful actually. My debit card arrived promptly, and the app is user-friendly. Maybe they changed. Some of the reviews are old and the more recent ones seem better. I’ve switched from WellsFargo to TD to here and had a better experience than those two banks. They gave me a lot trouble. After 7 years with WellsFargo, I’m glad I moved to PNC and they have a location near my home. Don’t recipe d TD. They overdrew my account and charged me twice for the first deposit, which caused my WellsFargo account to be overdrawn. I will update my rating if my experience changes at PNC.bank.
- NBNikki BrownSep 17, 20241.0The worse Branch I’ve ever been to in my life. Normally when walking into a bank your suppose to feel welcome to do business. These people are very rude and inconsiderate of your time. I spoke with David and told him about my experience and how uncomfortable I felt with his colleagues. He scheduled me an appointment for me to set up a savings account with him. I get there and not only did I waste my time for 2 days in a roll but David (manager) stood in my face and assisted a lady once he was done with her he brought 3 guys in his office and came back in the lobby to dismiss me so that he can help somelse then tried to have the lady I called and complained about to open my account. Don’t care what anyone thinks David is a racist and I will also reach out to the better business bureau.

Every time I walk in they sit down with me and personally help me with whatever I need. Rochelle is the manager there and I can’t say enough good things about her she always always goes above and beyond ... amazing job everyone!
