- AJAnthony Johnston6 days ago1.0I came in earlier last afternoon, deposited my check and was told it would be available on Tuesday. I got an email saying it will be available on the 13th . I have rent due Tuesday, car payment due Tuesday and groceries due tuesday. It came straight from my attorney, she is Georgiana F Dambra. I am disgusted by the way I was essentially told it was going to available Tuesday, now I am told via email it will be available on the 13th which is 5 days away. I am going to speak to the manager at once and be honest about my experience hoping there will be some resolution or at least kindness and understanding. I was also told that the manager would call me back personally about taking $100 out of the balance of my check which never happened making me feel like I dont matter as a customer of pnc banks.

My personal experience and advice is to always find a solution to any issue. Remember we are allowed to commit errors.
