Multiple tellers available, lines moved swiftly. Took this thing for granted a decade ago, but it’s become uncommon. Would definitely recommend this branch!

- KRkimberly rainboltFeb 16, 20221.0DO NOT USE CLOVER!!!!!! Stay far far away from Clover through PNC. I own a Tree Company that I inherited from my deceased fiancé. I have fought tooth and nail to keep it open. I finally get to the point of making payroll after the holidays and the CLOVER decides to hold back $4000 of my credit card money. I called them and was on hold for 40 minutes. I finally reach Clover and they state I need to send pictures of the contracts so I did. 4 DAYS LATER they call me after I have called them three more times to tell me I uploaded the contracts in a JPEG version instead of a PDF version. So I change the version of the format and still do not have my money. It has been A WEEK now and still DO NOT HAVE MY MONEY. And by the way they never even emailed or called to tell me they needed a different format in the email I had to call them and then they set up a call for the next day!!! Could not even tell me what they needed or why my money was being held! Absolutely ridiculous. I am actually looking to move BOTH my businesses out of this bank due to this unprofessionalism. I Can't even imagine this is legal.
