- GVGabe Velasquez4 days ago1.0Got here at 2 PM since the lady associate told me it’d be 40 minutes then i ended up staying until 5 PM (close)just for a new debit card. Associates were telling people coming in at 2:30 they needed to schedule appts for the following day since their 1 banker was busy. Only other people in the queue were me and another lady who both simply needed debit cards. Manager in the office not doing anything of course. God forbid she took 3 minutes to help me and this lady out so maybe it could’ve saved us a few hours and I didn’t have to be late picking my son up from baseball. Wish I could give 0 stars
- BKB KOct 14, 20251.0I went to this PNC for years. It is the worst managed and staffed publicly-facing business I've ever seen. I would rather go to my local Arby's for banking than come here. Other PNC branches are not like this. This location should be quietly shutdown with the hope that people forget it ever existed.

They have few chairs inside where you can sit and also drive through where they can take your deposit from the outside in case you don’t want to go in.
