I talked with four employees and spent almost an hour interacting with them. My problem was solved and I walked away with a smile and in a great mood because of them. Not just customer service, friendly neighborhood service and caring human interaction.

They went over any and everything I needed to know, no hidden fees, they were very upfront about all fees and penalties. I would definitely recommend them if you’re looking for a large national bank.
