- BSBruce StormJan 24, 20261.0Absolutely horrible service at the Powerline Road branch. Constant turn over of staff short staffed. They sit at their desk and ignore customers. I had funds mis applied in my account I have been fighting it to be corrected for 1 month. Funny how they did the same thing in mid 2025 and fixed the 3 transactions. Now they cannot get anyone to fix 3 more tellers mistakes. Taken it all the way up to the Pennsylvania main location abd being bounced around up there too. Serious issues with this bank. WATCH YOUR TRANSACTIONS CLOSELY!!!!!
