    Online and cust Svc useless - trying to simply reset a password and they tell me I either have to go to a store or wait 3 to 5 days for something to be mailed to me simply because I changed my cell phone and locked myself out ….what a joke

    Went to this branch as my new debit was not received. They don’t answer the phone and after wasting in line at the teller for 15 minutes because the managers didn't acknowledge me, only to be told they can't do it and have to wait in line for the manager that never came out to check. I had to call customer service for a new card to arrive in 7 days. Not even overnight. 1 month with PNC and I'm done.

    There was a situation that happened to my account breach of my privacy, and scammers tried to withdraw 20,000 dollars from my account. Serious situation!!!! Christian Moreno Branch Banker NMLS ID 1289969, took this problem, discovered the problem, immediately closed account and secured account!!!! Created me a new account with the greatest of ease!!! He knew exactly what to do very smoothly, professionally, and precise step by step!!! Thank You Sir!!!! I felt safe and secure!!!!!! Excellence at this Bank, I drive to this Bank even though it's not the nearest one just because each employee in this Branch is so attentive, kind, precise, and wise in advice!!! Truly a positive example of quality work, quality service, and I'm grateful!!!! 🫶🏾🫶🏾🫶🏾🫶🏾

    I'm generally very happy with PNC. I usually do my banking on line, or occasionally I walk in if I'm dealing with cash. But today's experience at this branch is not quite up to. Sitting right here at the drive thru for a good 20-30 minutes just to make small deposit of 1 check and 9 pieces of paper bills. No acknowledgement that they received the tube I sent up. After hitting the call button numerous times, someone finally came in the screen and asked how they can help me? "I sent money up the tube! Did you get it?" "Oh yes, we are working on it". She disappears from the screen. Wait another probably 10 minutes. Pushed the call button a few times again before a different person came on. Again, " how can I help you?" I'm flabbergasted. "I'm waiting for my deposit to be completed?" "Oh, we are having a little computer problem, but I'm putting it through now." A minute later, she sent the receipt back in the tube. Why couldn't they have at least let me know at the beginning when I sent my stuff up?
