  I'd like to say that from the moment I arrived, I felt like a true client. I was greeted and checked in by Mandi. I met with Jake Johnson (branch manager) to discuss escrow and a joint account. He was incredibly personal and worked quickly and efficiently! I was so nervous about the escrow transfer itself, as I'd never done it before (first time home owner). The process was quick and painless. Jake reviewed everything with me before it was sent over. What I thought would be a stressful process was so easy. The conversation was natural and not like one I'd had with any other banker. Jake also offered to print a new card for me as my current one was old and the tap function didn't work. He really did go above and beyond. I don't frequent brick and mortar banks often, so I'm happy fo say this was all over a very pleasant experience. I'm going to go to this branch specifically for further needs.

  If I could give a zero for this bank branch, I would. I've been a customer of PNC for over 20 years, but it means nothing to this bank. I made a deposit that was held for 14 days because my name was written as Debbie rather than Deborah. The only way I even found out what the issue was to go in person to the bank. I was treated like a criminal when I went in. Customer service secretly contacted fraud and finally after 20 minutes I was told the check was being investigated. I was told even though they verified the check twice with the person that issued it, they were still holding for 14 days, and after that they were not sure it would be cleared. This is just one issue I've had with this bank.

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Service Every Time! I can’t say enough great things about the PNC Bank in Cocoa. The entire team is always friendly, professional, and incredibly patient — especially with my son, who actually enjoys coming along when I stop by. They treat us like family every single visit and go out of their way to accommodate all of my banking needs, no matter how big or small. It’s rare to find a branch where everyone genuinely cares about their customers, but this one absolutely does. Highly recommend this location to anyone looking for top-notch service with a personal touch!

  This particular branch is so rude! They have one amazing person in this branch, Jenny, that has helped me out but the rest of the staff is extremely rude and we will be taking our business somewhere else.
