From Ellen (I think that was her name) who greeted me, to Simon who helped me with my account issue, to the teller (I am so sorry I forgot her name but she was wonderful).. everyone was so professional and kind. I have only been to this branch a few times but each time was a great experience. I would recommend this branch for any PNC banking needs. Thank you for your help!
- DVDanielle ValenteOct 27, 20251.0I’m not usually someone who complains or writes negative reviews, but I was extremely frustrated with my experience at the PNC Bank branch in ChampionsGate, Florida. After losing my debit card, I tried calling the branch for four business days with no answer. Since I live an hour away, I wanted to confirm if they could issue a replacement card instantly. Corporate informed me that they should be able to do this if they have time, to avoid mailing the card. When I finally went to the branch, I called their phone number from inside and saw a staff member notice the ringing phone but completely ignore it. This level of unresponsiveness and disregard was very upsetting. Overall, the experience was disappointing and inconvenient, especially given the effort I made to resolve the issue quickly.

I arrive fifteen minutes early and am told by Sean he doesn't have time for me. Apparently the account can be closed at the desk as it was today. Would not recommend this branch.
