  Hello I want to ask for your help, I made mobile banking in 2024 with my three friends, we are from Indonesia, I want to ask for help because I am now in Indonesia so I can't open my mobile banking, because I have to enter the verification number from my phone number that I used when I was in the USA, and that number can't be used in Indonesia can you help me to change my USA phone number to my current Indonesian phone number? I hope you read my message

  Had an appointment to open a new account and they were unable to accommodate me at the set time. Staff was friendly but horrible first impression. Don’t offer appointments if they cannot be accommodated.

  We went to PNC to cash a check from my insurance company, who specifically recommended that I cash it at their bank. (PNC Check) Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The teller, Genesis, was unprofessional and treated us rudely throughout the interaction. It felt as though she lacked the knowledge or willingness to assist us properly. Additionally, the manager, Maria Luzubaris, did not speak to us directly or offer any real guidance. The only “solutions” provided were to deposit the check into our own bank account or to open a new account with PNC, neither of which addressed the issue we came in for. After this unpleasant experience, we went to another PNC branch, as advised by our own mortgage company—and they were happy to assist us without any issues. The contrast made the poor service at the first location even more noticeable. Overall, the service at the first branch was unhelpful and discourteous. I expected better from a major bank.
