I go into this physical branch & they deposit my money into WRONG ACCOUNTS, even though I give them correctly filled out deposit slips/ debit cards. I called the 1-800 customer number to explain the errors and try to get help. The 1-800 representative tells me to download the APP on my phone to the other BRAND BANK that the transfer is coming from so the money will go into the correct PNC account! I have stopped keeping my serious money with them years ago and now will be pulling my 3 accounts from this bank.
