  Always friendly staff but I have to say I prefer to use deposit slips and I understand they are being phased out. This branch in Florida is so crowded each time I visit and it’s just annoying.

  This PNC is a nightmare...They are constantly outright making mistakes. I go into this physical branch & they deposit my money into WRONG ACCOUNTS, even though I give them correctly filled out deposit slips/ debit cards. I called the 1-800 customer number to explain the errors and try to get help. The 1-800 representative tells me to download the APP on my phone to the other BRAND BANK that the transfer is coming from so the money will go into the correct PNC account! I have stopped keeping my serious money with them years ago and now will be pulling my 3 accounts from this bank.

  I had a really hard time with a check recently. I understand it was a unique situation that people don't do much anymore, but the teller took a check that then took me HOURS to fix in order to get it to clear. I was on the phone with several people over several days without resolution until I was told that I needed to come with the person who endorsed a check to me with his IDs. We do so and it took another 2 hours and 2 people with us all just sitting on hold in order to get this fixed. It was a huge mess and even the PNC phone customer service people were hanging up on both myself AND the in bank rep that called the first time. what a mess.
