I understand it was a unique situation that people don't do much anymore, but the teller took a check that then took me HOURS to fix in order to get it to clear. I was on the phone with several people over several days without resolution until I was told that I needed to come with the person who endorsed a check to me with his IDs. We do so and it took another 2 hours and 2 people with us all just sitting on hold in order to get this fixed. It was a huge mess and even the PNC phone customer service people were hanging up on both myself AND the in bank rep that called the first time. what a mess.

Banker literally shut his door in my face with a room filled with people. Horrible customer service. I'll be closing my accounts and swapping to another bank this week. This is the final straw with PNC and their horrible app and service.
