I do not bank here personally- literally here for my parents. I have been here 3 times this week. The branch does not pick up the phone. I called for over 30 minutes one day. Complained to the 800 number. Went in this morning to get an issue situated and I was waiting. The person who came in the same time was taking awhile. That’s fine. I think the employee name was Mike. Older man with glasses. He apologized for the wait. I arrived at 9:18. After Mike was done with the first customers, he took the lady that came in after me. I left at 10:12 and was never helped. I am looking into closing all accounts and switching to a credit union for my family. Absolutely unacceptable. Even the 1-800 they are awful.

PNC systems were down for maintenance. They told me to call local branch. I call rings and rings, then I'm automatically put on hold? At least answer and ask me to hold.

I went to open a business banking account here at the 70 location and everything was fine. I had a meeting set up for the next day to go over account information for my business. That same night I did my taxes and routed the funds to my new account with PNC just to receive a letter the very next day that the account was closed asap. My taxes were meant to go into this account from the IRS on April 22nd and here I am today after speaking with the IRS for the 3rd time being told that my money was put on a prepaid debt card and provided me a routing number that does not exist. I dealt with the bank branch manager Craig and I have to say that this situation plus the 6 weeks it took to receive my initial $100 deposit back has been the absolute worse banking experience I have had in all my years of banking and I only had the account for less than 24 hours. I was sent a $1,000 credit card 2 days after the account was opened just to be followed by another letter saying not to use the credit card because all transactions would be denied. How does a brand new business with a brand new business account get closed before it has a chance to even open? My point is, it took 6 weeks to get my originally $100 returned to me and now because I had my taxes routed to a new account I was assured would be fine. I have $995 either on a prepaid card at this location and they arent informing me or according to the IRS, PNC will not send the money back to them so they can issue me a paper check. Yes Craig, this is Mr. Johnson again complaining about the fabulous service you provided me. I really hope you're location is not withholding my IRS funds or a prepaid card is not sitting on your desk because its a matter of time before everything comes to the light. You and that branch are just about equal to crooks and I will continue to tell everyone how terrible you run that branch of a corporate bank until all of my money is return to me. FYI, thank the employee of yours for calling me back today about my refund - I guess the other employees dont fall from the main tree in you Craig.
