  As someone who left a large bank due to its lack of customer service. I can tell you the staff at this bank is just incredible. From Kyle, Major and Sherry I at last feel like where I put my money matters to the institution I deposit it at. Bravo Cogent. Making a bank change can be intimidating. But they made it very easy and very streamlined. Thank you.

  If anyone is looking for a great bank and a commercial banker, look no further. Lucky Durmaz is an excellent and knowledgeable Commercial Banker and Cogent Bank is the best bank for small local businesses. If you are looking for a commercial loan or deposit relationship, give Lucky Durmaz a call.

  My first bank account was with BofA back in 2010, and I honestly never imagined switching banks—until I was introduced to Lucky. When I was exploring options for my business, Lucky took the time to understand my needs and got the job done seamlessly. Lucky and his team have been an absolute pleasure to work with. Kyle and Heidi also did a fantastic job with onboarding—they were organized, patient, and made the entire process incredibly smooth.
