  This location definitely treated me better than the other location, but I'm just going to give it 4-stars because it's just a bank. I came in on a random morning and I wanted to deposit some cash. I went up to the drive thru and the ATP was out of service. I had to park and get out and I tried to use the ATP inside, it wasn't accepting my pin. For some reason, maybe I forgot it? (It's a new account so don't judge me.) Meanwhile, this bank had maybe three customers inside it, tops. I gave the attendant my ID and debit card and I tried many pins about 6 times before I realized 'Ok' now I really need help. Then the manager helped me reset my pin, offered me a credit card, and only then was a I finally able to make my deposit. (It was literally only like a $28 deposit 😂)

  Every time you walk in there is always one teller and that one is training so the one who greets you cannot do teller . So why is under staffed and why can't the floor people get up and do customer service?

  The team at this PNC Bank location is fantastic! Every visit has been quick, easy, and stress-free. The staff is always professional, friendly, and willing to go above and beyond to help with any banking needs. Whether it’s opening an account, handling transactions, or answering questions, they take the time to make sure everything is clear and handled with care. The branch is clean, organized, and very welcoming. Truly a five-star experience every time—highly recommend this PNC branch!

  I see a lot of negative reviews on here, but that was not my experience at all. I had to go in for three different transactions that had to be very precise. We were greeted right away by Ashaud, he gave me exactly what I needed to fill out, he made sure I had everything including lending me his pen. Then went to the Renee Grant, and she was amazing. Super efficient and even helped me with copies that I needed. Plus great personality and great service. I have not been in a bank in about three years and was so pleased with my service today.
