- SAShoshana AbrebayaOct 25, 20254.0This location definitely treated me better than the other location, but I'm just going to give it 4-stars because it's just a bank. I came in on a random morning and I wanted to deposit some cash. I went up to the drive thru and the ATP was out of service. I had to park and get out and I tried to use the ATP inside, it wasn't accepting my pin. For some reason, maybe I forgot it? (It's a new account so don't judge me.) Meanwhile, this bank had maybe three customers inside it, tops. I gave the attendant my ID and debit card and I tried many pins about 6 times before I realized 'Ok' now I really need help. Then the manager helped me reset my pin, offered me a credit card, and only then was a I finally able to make my deposit. (It was literally only like a $28 deposit 😂)
