  Never received a debit card after joining my husband put me on his account as a joint account also There’s also only 1 branch in my area and it’s got no overdraft protection

  Worst bank ever. No integrity. They held a deposit for 8 days under the lie that they were waiting for it to clear. We received proof that the check cleared the first day. Once we proved that then claimed they were holding the deposit to verify that the person who wrote check actually wrote it. Essentially accusing me of fraud. Brought in proof of everything. Still being forced to wait 8 days. They have the funds and are making interest in my deposit while they make me wait. Liars! Dishonest! Once you lie to me then we no longer have a relationship. Bye PNC!

  I've always had incredible service at PNC Bank. The Bonita Springs branch is exceptional though. Every time I stop into the branch, I am always greeted with a friendly smile and very knowledgeable staff. PNC's company training program should be modeled at all businesses. Yesterday though, I stopped by the branch and received even better than the normal exceptional service, and I would like that to be recognized. I have a current car note with PNC and not too long ago the interest rates fell and a teller actually initially caught it and suggested that I should sit down with a banker to discuss a refinance. I did just that yesterday with Debbie at the Bonita Beach Branch. Before I even arrived, Debbie had my entire banking relationship with PNC printed up and was reviewing it when I arrived to understand the best loan product for my needs. Every step of the way was explained to me and she was so very careful and professional to make sure that a complex set of documents was drafted perfectly. She even helped by getting in contact with my automobile insurance carrier to make sure she had all the necessary information to complete the full loan after the Progressive website was down. Debbie then even spent the time to calculate the difference in savings between my old loan and now new loan and explain it to me ($1,500 savings in interest). I have never worked with someone so knowledgeable and professional, along with the usual friendly service too! In all she spent 2.5 hours to make sure that everything went well without a hitch. As a upper management supervisor myself, I always like to take a moment to recognize an exemplary employee and Debbie is an asset to PNC Bank. That said, I SINCERELY recommend PNC to anyone that is looking to take their banking elsewhere and does not want to be treated like a number at Well Fargo or stand in a cattle herd waiting 30 minutes at BOA while the branch manager sits behind a desk ignoring everyone and while a rookie CSR will approach you in line begging that you do your banking on the phone or ATM instead of talking to a human being. Well done PNC!
