If you look down at the other reviews like the woman Michelle, these employees are always rude, I have all my accounts at PNC and was shunned away when my daughter and I went to open up her first bank account. At that point I went to the branch at 18th and powerline and was greeted kindly by Christine, Amy helped my daughter and I open up her first bank account and was happy. This 2400 and Federal branch previously lost my business when I went to the Deerfield location and opened up a business account with Javier a while back. I will always drive 7 to 8 mi out of my way never to go to this branch, The employees are miserable!!
