- TCTravel ChickAug 2, 20245.0This bank is very convenient for me. Nina ALONE is the reason I'm giving this bank 5 stars. She is professional, attentive, extremely helpful and incredibly nice. In my 58 years (40 with PNC) I have never met such a perfect bank teller. I can only imagine that the reason she isn't the manager is because she chose not to be.
- DRDani ReynoldsJan 5, 20221.0Made me wait 30 mins. because they were in a “meeting” made me use some stupid system told me I was next but I watched two people walk in and be serviced. When it was finally my turn the lady said the debit card machine was broken after the First Lady told me it was working. This is Boca so it’s probably because I’m Black. Absolutely the worst branch ever. Don’t come here if you’re Black. Closing my account, back to Chase I go.

She stays in constant contact if you're having an issue, and does what she says she will do. She is very professional. Everyone at the branch is super friendly. Happy to be banking with PNC and this branch!

Ask for Aime Perez amazing energy and make me feel comfortable with a 70k purchase it was a smooth and seamless transaction. I recomend this bank, this branch, and especially Aimee.
