I set an appointment to come in change pin to my card … once arrived I was told to sit down sum one wud be wit me shortly after ten min passed I was asked again wat I was here for and I repeated myself and told the Second Lady I had a appointment at then she proceeded to tell to sumone will b wit me shortly…they don’t value customer time at this location and then I get random voice mail like my time isn’t valuable…this location need to do better with there customer service skill especially if sumone signed up for appointment and wasn’t a walk in I’m high dissatisfied wit my service today.. I arrived ahead of time for my appointment and was told to sit while other customers were bing assisted and taken care of …

- NCnik cJan 19, 20181.0Went into the bank today with my clients today a worker at the branch was very rude, to my clients and staff she can put demanding that they get inline as if the staff were not doing our job, wanted to charge money to cash the checks that was less than the fee.. the people I work with have disabilities and not treated fairly.. so we removed everyone from the bank and loaded the buses.. very unprofessional and I would never bank there or enter the branch again...
