  We just did our taxes here. The experience was great. Kristin was amazing. From beginning to end she explained everything in a way that we could understand. Genesis in the front desk was so sweet too. I would recommend to everyone.

  Rude and made u feel like a number . Wasn’t like that when we first filed with them . It was almost a black and white feelin. Will not recommend.

  I’ve been doing my taxes here for 23 years however this time I was told that I would recieve a call back in a few days to set an appointment. Then was ignored for 2 1/2 weeks and told 3 more weeks for an appointment. This place use to be family oriented however now just feels like we’re now numbers to them

  This was my go to place for years, ever since it changed and Tony left they lost my business. Not customer friendly at all, they have turned it into a hr block. Just leave your taxes, don’t know who will take care of them and will call you when they ready. Before you sat down with your accountant, asked questions, it was more personal, now all is out the window. Called in December to make sure I get an appointment with a specific person, they said call in January, so I called in January to be placed on a supposed list, only to still find out I can’t sit and speak with a specific accountant. Very expensive as well, do not recommend. Do your research, there is plenty of good CPAs out here.
