Returned 7 months later to find a $25. balance had been left, then subsequently eaten by the bank and then they said I was in arrears $24.82 and a bad debt!!!. After an hour of phone time, it was reported to be fixed but of course , they would not refund my $25. BAD BANK. They use off shore agents that cannot be understood and can’t help. The person who finally “resolved” was on the edge of rude when I asked if she understood my position
