  Más de 10 años trabajando con este Banco y con la ayuda de este gran señor que es el señor Pedro Viera , siempre tan amigable , tan amable , tan atento. Es un placer siempre trabajar con el. Es el mejor. Bendiciones siempre Pedro Y gracias por ser algo más que ser nuestro Banquero , Se te quiere.

  My partner and I tried several times to open an account with this company and have been met with rudeness and incompetence at every turn. I went in on my own first and the banker snubbed me and pretended to take my information down. We went in together on another day and they gave us an excuse about their banker having suddenly retired and we're told to make an appointment at another branch. My partner calls to confirm the appointment the day of and they lost it. Then when we changed our mind they slammed the phone on us! Disrespectful and poorly trained! I will never consider this bank in the future.

  I never leave bad reviews but this was just unacceptable! Friday I brought a payroll check in to be cashed. I waited for atleast 25 mins in line . The teller who seemed to care less for her co-workers and the job she does waited on me and basically could do nothing . She chased the drive thru teller around to see if she could help . Nancy tried her best but for whatever reason told me the check format was not correct and I would need to get a new check . Almost 45 mins later I was leaving with my check and nothing done . I contacted my employer and they said that was ridiculous that this is their company branch bank and never has this been an issue . Fast forward to Monday I go back at 9 am ( I had to be to work at 8) go back inside same first teller there and still no answers , they tell me Nancy will be there in 30 mins . But hey I’m already late so what’s 30 more mins. She comes try’s again same problem as before . I get my employer on the phone and she speaks with her , while speaking to her it miraculously works . They did not enter all the numbers needed . I do appreciate her for helping and getting it done . She was the most perfessional there and seemed to pick up most of the slack . I was going to switch my bank to them but absolutely not , if in the future I have to go to pnc I will go to a different location .
