Same experience with deposit. No longer using paper deposit slips… only ones left are in Spanish (which I used) after verifying me with license and Visa. Teller was nice, but new policy is ridiculous. Then— I tried to get a debit card in the office, my name on account, drivers license but didn’t have cell phone on file so couldn’t send a code. Therefore… no debit card.
Time to switch to Citizens!!!
Two stars because everyone else in the branch seems very friendly except for the one person I constantly see give people attitudes and gives off a very unfriendly vibe, the ones you get at the DMV. Its very sad to see that im unwelcomed to go to the bank ive been using for YEARS. Definitely will do everything in my will to not come back to this branch. Horrible. “Towanna” is her name.
Thank you Jacquel for helping my parents with some very confusing stuff! ❤️
I'm not sure if a new policy has been put in place since the last time I went to make an in-person deposit but I just went through the drive-thru to make a deposit and experienced a truly unnecessary microaggression. I was asked if I have my debit card and ID and said no because I had my ID but didn't have my debit card on me. Teller says "You're driving around without your driver's license?" with a side-eye and turns off her screen/comms - no chance for me to say that I have my ID. Came back with my receipt and didn't even bother to be polite. Don't know what's going on in her life because she'd always been a delight in the past but ma'am, check your tone. Making assumptions without ANY follow-up questions is not the right way to conduct customer-facing business.

This is my local branch, but I'll probably go somewhere else in the future. When making a drive through deposit, the teller acted like it was a huge inconvenience to look up my account number. On another visit I had a problem with a foreign currency transaction and they were reluctant to fix it.
