I've been trying to get a rate lock on an equity line for months now and they can't get it together. Not to mention any time I need paperwork from them I have to jump through a million Hoops to get it
- BAB AMar 12, 20201.0Spoke to someone from another state about a complaint from my state of residency. You all claim that the branch workers said I had an expired identification card. This is a false piece of information. My card was valid and not expired. If this is the kind of people you have working for you then I am cancelling my bank account. I do not need dishonest people handling my affairs. Your managers even locked the doors while my child was inside. I was asked for three forms of identification. Why is that? Maybe because of my religion and my race? Learn to respect customers of all races and religions. Otherwise please close your doors to the public.
