  I went to cash a check and the teller Naomi had a panic attack and said she doesnt do that. I stood there for a while while she hyper ventilated. It was a very strange experience. The greeter was very nice and helpful though.

  This branch has virtually no parking, and was extremely understaffed. I waited over 30 minutes to make a simple deposit on a Thursday at 3:30 pm, it was beyond ridiculous.

  Teller service is great BUT ... Each time I need assistance from a bank representative in the offices/cubicles, there is a problem. Most recently on yesterday 8/13. The young lady was giving me incorrect info. I questioned her based on the info I had plus previous experience with the situation & asked her to verify the info. She went into the next cubicle & was told the same thing I had said. She them came back & gave me the same incorrect info like I couldn't hear the conversation she just had. I was speechless. I left & was able to complete my business at a different branch. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION IF YOU NEED REPRESENTATIVE HELP.
