I went in on my own first and the banker snubbed me and pretended to take my information down. We went in together on another day and they gave us an excuse about their banker having suddenly retired and we're told to make an appointment at another branch. My partner calls to confirm the appointment the day of and they lost it. Then when we changed our mind they slammed the phone on us! Disrespectful and poorly trained! I will never consider this bank in the future.
