- TSTiffany SantosDec 30, 20251.0My partner and I tried several times to open an account with this company and have been met with rudeness and incompetence at every turn. I went in on my own first and the banker snubbed me and pretended to take my information down. We went in together on another day and they gave us an excuse about their banker having suddenly retired and we're told to make an appointment at another branch. My partner calls to confirm the appointment the day of and they lost it. Then when we changed our mind they slammed the phone on us! Disrespectful and poorly trained! I will never consider this bank in the future.
- MMMichelleDec 17, 20251.0Terrible experience at this branch. They lost my mom’s checks, which forced us to cancel them—completely unacceptable. The branch itself smells musty, and the music is so loud you can’t hear staff or have a normal conversation. Overall, very poor customer experience.

- BPBrieana PatrickDec 29, 20231.0Pnc has been a reliable financial institution for me for the most part, but this location seems to get worse and worse over the years. The staff is not nice, no one seems to want to work. Just a waste of time. I came in at 4:15pm to get a new debit card, I waited in line for a while and when I finally got to the front they turned me away because they were about to close. It was 4:45! They close in 15 minutes and refused to print me a new card after I waited 30 minutes. They just handed me a note with the location to the Marsh Road spot and was very dismissive towards me. Concord pike tellers and staff are a complete joke. I would not recommend to go there.
