  They always say hello when someone walks in. The tellers are so friendly and complimentary, I always leave with a smile. 😊 thank you PNC. Keep doing what you’re doing

  Nice people, but the management is not willing to solve problems. Maybe their hands are tied by corporate, but the lack of flexibility and accommodation for someone that has been banking with PNC for more than 20 years is unacceptable.

  Had an awful experience, had to wait for 30 minutes first time with my toddler, came back with my child in an hour second time since i was still in the area- had to wait for almost an hour- was told that Michelle had meetings all day long while there was nobody at the bank and she was on the phone. Will never come back- advise-PNC at Marsh Rd, so much better, friendlier, more considerate. At least they look at you when they talk to you unlike Michelle, who addressed me without even looking at me, very rude, told me to leave since she will be on the phone for the next hour and a half until they close, and even if she won’t be on the phone, she has meetings, which was a lie since nobody entered the bank for almost an hour I was there, doesn’t want to work at all. They had better employees at the branch before. What a shame.

  Pnc has been a reliable financial institution for me for the most part, but this location seems to get worse and worse over the years. The staff is not nice, no one seems to want to work. Just a waste of time. I came in at 4:15pm to get a new debit card, I waited in line for a while and when I finally got to the front they turned me away because they were about to close. It was 4:45! They close in 15 minutes and refused to print me a new card after I waited 30 minutes. They just handed me a note with the location to the Marsh Road spot and was very dismissive towards me. Concord pike tellers and staff are a complete joke. I would not recommend to go there.

  Seriously, you will not feel welcomed in this branch. Spend the extra gas money to go to Glenn Mills or Kirkwood Highway.. This location has terrible customer service. Believe the reviews that you are reading, because I walked in and saw so much unprofessional behavior. They won’t resolve your issues and it seems like we the customers inconvenienced them when we are asking them to do their job. I’m aware this is coming off as a “Karen who didn’t get their way” but I promise you I only go into that location to just withdraw/deposit money and have my questions answered if I need more clarification.
