The first time I visited, she was assisting the lobby customers and the drive through customers all on her own. She was respectful, patient, kind and made each person feel like a priority. It was the ultimate example in professionalism in practice. On my subsequent visit, she was as wonderful as ever. Thank you Miss Beth for making Smyrna a brighter place to live.

They were always polite, pleasant & helpful. I have been with them for many years & I have never experienced anything less. My opinion best bank in Delaware. Thank you PNC
- SGSmyrna Cards and GiftsApr 19, 20175.0The tellers are always friendly and will call you by name if they know it. Never have to wait to make a teller transaction more than a few minutes. Most times it is walk in and walk up. I cannot say that I have had a more friendly bank experience with any bank I have ever used. Just as a note I am a small business located across the street and go there often to make daily deposits. Most users probably don't have the frequency I do.
