I was told there was no branch manger. I asked for a teller supervisor. They also did not have a teller supervisor. They have all untrained employees they just refer you to another branch. They should close this branch if they don’t have the means to run it properly. Employees treat the customer horribly, I am assuming because they know they have immunity due to the fact there is no management.
