- BWBreanne WhiteJul 29, 20251.0Very unprofessional and a waste of time. I went there yesterday in 91 degree weather to cash a check from a bank that unexpectedly closed my account, the male bank teller would not cash my check even with the policy that they will take 2% from my check for non-customers. I’m 8 months pregnant and rushed over there after work to catch them while they was still open just to be told that I have to take it elsewhere. I called 3 TIMES to verify if I could cash my check there and NO ONE would answer which I stated that to him and he wanted to come up with some bafoolery that they was “probably” busy with customers when it was completely EMPTY in there because I sat out there as I called and watched them ignore the phone, if you’re going to go to any PNC branch, don’t go to that one.
