I went there yesterday in 91 degree weather to cash a check from a bank that unexpectedly closed my account, the male bank teller would not cash my check even with the policy that they will take 2% from my check for non-customers. I’m 8 months pregnant and rushed over there after work to catch them while they was still open just to be told that I have to take it elsewhere. I called 3 TIMES to verify if I could cash my check there and NO ONE would answer which I stated that to him and he wanted to come up with some bafoolery that they was “probably” busy with customers when it was completely EMPTY in there because I sat out there as I called and watched them ignore the phone, if you’re going to go to any PNC branch, don’t go to that one.

Been banking with them for 3 years and I dread going to them! Count your money after they have gotten it wrong a couple times. They need to have corporate come through and retrain and refresh and get managers who care to turn there buisness around. It could be great but they just don't care. If I could pull my business account I would!
