The professionalism and service given by the staff is truly unmatched. All the staff is great...but Ana, Ernest, and Shameka are outstanding employees and a real asset at PNC Penn Mart. They always so patient with my deposits and greet each customer with a genuine smile, as well as, conversation when time permits. I’ve never had a bad interaction thus far at this branch and I can’t foresee that happening. This PNC bank is in a convenient location, clean, safe, and parking is never an issue.
