Kelly helped the following day with adding my husband onto the shared account. And Shontaya has been amazing with helping us get all the necessary things in order for setting up our business account there as well. Overall a pleasant experience every time I have gone in.

- WSWendy StoutAug 13, 20252.0There's a 3 transaction policy at the PNC drive thru...it's been that way for yrs but evidently some customers can't read or they simply don't care that others are being held up in line while they make 3 plus SEPARATE transactions. After waiting for over 10 minutes which is ridiculous, I decided my time is just as valuable, parked my car and went inside. It was just before 2 pm and only 1 person working with 4 people waiting in the lobby.... I eventually got to the window, made my deposit and the employee ask if she could help me with anything else so of course I said yes, a faster drive thru..she replied by saying, that's what happens when there's only one person working...REALLY???A very unprofessional and smartass comment...I laughed at her ignorance and was thankful most of my banking is done online as not to deal with the likes of her...the lack of employees she says sounds like A PNC PROBLEM AND NOT THE CUSTOMERS!!

- HHHanna H-PJul 21, 20254.0Everyone has always been very kind. Their ATM is hit or miss if its working/has cash and if you have anything larger than a compact car, good luck even fitting through the drive through. I swear as careful as I can be, my truck scrapes something every single time.
