She was so kind and personable and helped us set up an account the same day with me and my parents. I get phone calls about once a week from her checking up on me and seeing how the business is going which means a lot to me. She is a rockstar employee. It’s nice to have a friendly person to help out on something I have never done before and honestly didn’t know how it worked. She took her time with us and explained everything step by step and got us in the right direction. Thanks again for your help. I will be a pnc customer for a long time coming.

Sad Thing Is They NEVER Shut The Account Down Or Notify Us . Same 2 Tellers We Used To Nake Deposits. The Checks Were Being Presented Twice A Day Every Day For A Month
