Though I miss her at Midway Plaza, I’ll gladly drive from Wilmington for her help. Thank you, Ela! I called with a banking need and even offered to drive, but you resolved it quickly, keeping me from the commute. You got answers fast, texted, and called to update me, all in under an hour. You are truly the BEST!
- JJJosieMay 24, 20232.0While the branch is nice and clean, and the tellers are decently nice - Kimberly Danz of the West Main St branch is 1. absolutely useless 2. lazy. (Legit, she was asking us info that she literally had staring at her on the screen) We literally had to do all the footwork for her, and ended up having to call her to get an update for what we were inquiring for. Just....I have nothing against pnc, or this bank in general - just if you do go to this branch and have to talk to anyone in the offices, if you are led to her office... ask for someone else. ------- There was also a man that was asking us questions and other assorted things without us even being in an office yet (didn't catch his name), and I wasn't pleased with the fact that he was talking about our information out in the open. Like I said. I love PNC, and have been a customer of them for years. These are the first people -anywhere- that have just been straight up trash. Do better.
