While in line in the lobby today, several customers, including myself, heard the tellers being berated by a drive thru customer who threatened to report them all to the manager, repeatedly called via the intercom, and repeatedly honked her horn due to "slow service". Apparently she is a frequent flier and chronic complainer. The staff handled her patiently and professionally while those of us in the lobby were ready to strangle her. Her situation was eventually resolved to her grudging satisfaction. Again, the staff, esp. Cassandra and Ana, were awesome.
