  I had a great experience working with [ Alson HollingsW ], the branch manager . My account was suspended No one ever informed me the results why the suspension happened, i stop at multiple pnc no one was able to help me with it, Until I met *Alison* From the moment i explained to her what was going on she said she was going to do something about it, the next day pnc reached out to me multiple times a day. Until they removed the suspension and she did got me reopened 🎉 she’s knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in helping others. She took the time to clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I was completely reopened and use the bank. It’s rare to find someone so professional and personable at the same time. I wish I could give more stars 🌟 not to mention my stars goes to Her Not PNC ❌Thank you Mme *Alison* for the excellent service! GodBlessYou🎆

  How is it possible for me to leave my information of my name, number and so now going on a third time with zero return calls. Or an attempt to make me feel valued. I have been to both locations in Dover with the same results. I feel very let down. Yet I have zero choices and have to attempt to call (this is the fourth time in twenty minutes) again. Why give me the option to speak with a branch rep but hang up with no answer? I will be reaching out until my complaint is heard and this issue of no one answering is resolved.
