Earlier today I called and explained my situation and in the first 45 seconds before I could even finish my sentence the lady on the phone rudely interrupted me and asked "why are you even telling me this" I couldn't believe what I was hearing. It's literally you're job to talk to customers on the phone and how hard is it to just be polite? Lol my 6 year old niece has better manners then that woman has, Maybe she should consider a new profession and idk how a billion dollar company would want someone like this representing their company...

I have been working with Maha Ibrahim at the Dover, DE branch for the last couple of years. As you might imagine the Courts are very particular in how these accounts are set up and rightly so. State and banking regulations also come into play. Maha Ibrahim has been and continues to be invaluable in helping to ensure that all of our paperwork is in compliance with the Court, State, and Banking regulations. She is informative, attentive, and always ensures everyone is on the same page, this includes some anxious parents at times. Maha ensures that they fully understand and answers all questions in a clear and concise manner. It is comforting to know that when we bring things to PNC I know that Maha will make sure everything is done in accordance with all applicable regulations, efficiently, and the first time.I will add all with a smile and pleasant disposition. Thank you Maha and I look forward to continuing to work with you.

- SNSamia NDCDec 17, 20211.0The Branch Manager, Jason Wallace, does NOT understand the concept of customer service. After checking in, I was left sitting there for 20 minutes. He stopped to asked if I needed help and that he would be with me once he finished with the customer in his office. He finishes and proceeds to walk to the teller line. He then tells a customer, that had recently come in to the branch, that he would help her with whatever issues she had and they go into his office. Is one customer's business more important than another so they get to skip the line...seems to be the case at this locations. I wait another 15 minutes before finally walking out. Went to another branch where the Branch Manager was more than willing to help. Do better Jason Wallace.
