- SSStallionOct 31, 20251.0Absolutely terrible and RUDE service!!! I will never visit or call this branch/location ever again. Earlier today I called and explained my situation and in the first 45 seconds before I could even finish my sentence the lady on the phone rudely interrupted me and asked "why are you even telling me this" I couldn't believe what I was hearing. It's literally you're job to talk to customers on the phone and how hard is it to just be polite? Lol my 6 year old niece has better manners then that woman has, Maybe she should consider a new profession and idk how a billion dollar company would want someone like this representing their company...

I have been working with Maha Ibrahim at the Dover, DE branch for the last couple of years. As you might imagine the Courts are very particular in how these accounts are set up and rightly so. State and banking regulations also come into play. Maha Ibrahim has been and continues to be invaluable in helping to ensure that all of our paperwork is in compliance with the Court, State, and Banking regulations. She is informative, attentive, and always ensures everyone is on the same page, this includes some anxious parents at times. Maha ensures that they fully understand and answers all questions in a clear and concise manner. It is comforting to know that when we bring things to PNC I know that Maha will make sure everything is done in accordance with all applicable regulations, efficiently, and the first time.I will add all with a smile and pleasant disposition. Thank you Maha and I look forward to continuing to work with you.
- VUVictoria UnknownJul 1, 20251.0I’ve been going to this branch for about 2 years and experienced good customer service when I needed the teller assistance until today. Apparently there is a new policy, you can no longer exchange for smaller bank notes without proving you are a PNC member. This policy is not visible anywhere nor on their website and I was told by the branch manager that they will not make a display stating the need to provide ID and a proof of PNC membership to exchange for smaller bank notes. The 1 star is based on the bank manager response of taking off her headset and being passive instead of understanding that the “policy” is an inconvenience especially when it’s not visible and regularly enforced. A bank where you can not exchange for smaller bank notes unless you prove you are a member along with ID. I am a member, I used the ATM and noticed there was not an option to get $5 bills but you can get $1’s, $10’s, and $20’s.
