- RPR ProphetFeb 12, 20262.0No customer service. Waited over 7 min with no one saying a word to me. I got money out of the ATM which was less than what I needed, yet I felt unimportant so I wanted to get what I could and leave. This PNC in Dover SUCKS!!! Staff has ZERO personality and communication skills.

- SSStallionOct 31, 20251.0Absolutely terrible and RUDE service!!! I will never visit or call this branch/location ever again. Earlier today I called and explained my situation and in the first 45 seconds before I could even finish my sentence the lady on the phone rudely interrupted me and asked "why are you even telling me this" I couldn't believe what I was hearing. It's literally you're job to talk to customers on the phone and how hard is it to just be polite? Lol my 6 year old niece has better manners then that woman has, Maybe she should consider a new profession and idk how a billion dollar company would want someone like this representing their company...
- SNSamia NDCDec 17, 20211.0The Branch Manager, Jason Wallace, does NOT understand the concept of customer service. After checking in, I was left sitting there for 20 minutes. He stopped to asked if I needed help and that he would be with me once he finished with the customer in his office. He finishes and proceeds to walk to the teller line. He then tells a customer, that had recently come in to the branch, that he would help her with whatever issues she had and they go into his office. Is one customer's business more important than another so they get to skip the line...seems to be the case at this locations. I wait another 15 minutes before finally walking out. Went to another branch where the Branch Manager was more than willing to help. Do better Jason Wallace.
