However, if you're looking for assistance with your IRA, which is now handled by PNC Wealth Management, you would be better assisted by calling the bank & locating another agent. The one in the Fox Run branch is RUDE, ARROGANT, SNIDE, NOT HELPFUL - ADD OTHER INSULTS TO A PERSON WITH 'JUST AN IRA' and not a lucrative trading account. If I had been a newcomer to PNC, my assets would be located elsewhere.
