- MHM H1 day ago1.0⸻ I wish I could give zero stars. The staff at this location is rude and unprofessional, with the exception of one employee who appears to stand out positively (this employee coming from foreign country). Overall, the customer service is very poor, and there seems to be a lack of knowledge about the bank’s products and services. This branch used to be my go-to, but I will no longer be visiting. After reading other reviews, I can understand why there are so many negative experiences reported. Years ago, this location had excellent staff and provided outstanding customer service, but it has significantly declined. The current management and staffing need a serious overhaul.
