  Both ATM s are out of service, one has been out of service for awhile. I told the gentleman at front door there both not working, he tells me they no . So I suggest you should put a sign up to let people know, he said we can't do that. WHY???

  I would rate this branch a zero if I could. I recently opened an account for my 17 year old son as he was starting college near by. We ran into an issue with an agreement that needed our signatures or my son would not have access to any of the funds that I had already transferred. An issue that should have taken 10 mins took over an hour. I had already returned home 5 hours away and my son and family member worked in person to resolve the issue with Charles Sumbu and I contacted customer service and spoke to Chris. Charles provided incorrect information as Chris worked hard to resolve the issue by using all the tools at his disposal to contact Charles. Chris had great difficulty reaching Charles, what does that say about potential difficulties a customer trying to access assistance at this branch may experience? The issue was finally resolved however, Charles neglected to apologize for our experience, one of the most important steps to service recovery. We will never step foot into this branch and the jury is out on whether or not I would open any additional accounts. The staff at this location needs additional training! I’m lucky to have received help from Chris!

  This location seems PERMANENTLY CLOSED. Although when they were open they were dysfunctional; couldn't expect more from a bank in the middle of a GHETTO afterall. They received MILLION$ of stimulus or covid-19 incentive$ but they did not help the customers who made them. Pity!
