  Broken ATM machine never dispensed cash, printed as complete withdrawal transaction, most unprofessional manager conduct, seeking immediate action, more than 3 business days issue still not resolved

  If I could give none stars I would terrible service tellers are always so rude and useless even the managers are useless and rude the only person that’s really polite is the security .This location is really closed to me but I would keep going to Columbia Heights bcs this people are USELESS change staff or close this location .you always have to wait even when there is no one bcs the tellers are busy talking I don’t know if it’s there manager or what but your priority should be the guest and then your conversations

  Most the time I'm a huge fan of PNC - they're a great bank. But aside from David Na (who's a credit to them) this location is staffed with some of the most rude and and incompetent female employees I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. One comes to mind especially- Emily or Emerly from her name tag (from the Carribean from her accent) is a thoroughly unpleasant individual. Now, I'm not sure if she gives everyone this treatment, but every time I have gone in, she shoots hate glares and makes other faces at me. LOL it's completely outrageous that she has a job dealing with the public and I almost never patron this location anymore in large part because of her. This place is the complete antithesis of the Dupont location where the staff are a friendly, helpful and competent joy to deal with (which is what I've grown to expect from any PNC). The other strike against the Chinatown location is that some genius decided to set the ATM so that withdrawals can only be made in $20 dollar increments. I bank with PNC! Why shouldn't I be able to withdraw amounts from my account in any increment I choose - like I can from every other PNC ATM in town and like I used to be able to do at this one as well.
