  I had a very uncomfortable and unnerving experience at this PNC Bank while trying to deposit (or cash) a check. First the teller told me that my signature on the back of the check did not match the one on file (I had endorsed the check with one of their cheap pens). Then, joined by another staff member, asked for: debit card verification, my signature on a piece of paper (with a good pen), my safety deposit box number in another branch (why?), using a code sent to my cell phone, my driver's license, and a few other things as well. Some of the requests had a mildly aggressive overtone and in my view lacked the courtesy generally expected from professional banking staff. All of this was attributed to "system problems." I have been a customer of PNC for quite a few years and expected better service.

  Very friendly and helpful staff. Was helped by Mirana and she was extremely knowledgeable and kind. Was able to assist me quickly and was very respectful through it all. Thank you, again.

  Terrible service, and lies to customers. I went in to withdraw and deposit money 10 minutes before closing and they said that they couldn’t do it because systems shuts down at 5pm. I had to drive to Rockville where they stayed 20 minutes past closing time to perform the service for me and 2 others customers. Never again

  Worst branch ever. I was going to open an account at this branch because I was living right next to the branch. When I visited, I waited at the lobby about an hour and nobody helped me or even came.
