  Worst pnc bank. If I would give them a negative rating I would. How you have 3 people behind the window, I'm the only customer there... and I'm just waiting, waiting no say anything. How rude

  I thought it important to write this review because in all honesty I did not really know this bank was here. It’s right beside busboy and poets but today, May 23 after several visits to the bank I was told to get off the stoop for security purposes mind you, I am all for guidelines and rules and protocols, but here’s the problem my last visits I quietly waiting on this stoop, leaning against the rail for the bank to open, No time did the Security guard asked me to move away or any bank employees asked me to move away from the stoop during those visits but today I was asked to move away from the stoop Or landing if you will. I’m a professional I have protocols and rules in place as well but unfortunately I don’t pick and choose. I’m gonna follow those rules. I follow those rules seven days a week. I will say my previous visits, were cordial polite etc.. but had to leave and cancel my visit because did not want to take a bad vibe into a potential meeting

  Went in for a wire transfer. Everything went fine until a few days later I noticed a $30 fee was pulled put of my account! No one ever told me about this and when I called to inquire about it, I was told I should have asked if there were fees attached!?!? I've been a loyal PNC customer for years, and they refused to find any fault or refund me for a charge I was never told about. I'll be taking my business elsewhere!!
